Together, we will find a way.
Over my nine years in private practice I have found myself leaning more and more into the relational approach to therapy. The relationship that we build together during the counselling process has shown me to be the most useful element to facilitate movement and healing.

Practicalities
Sessions are 50 minutes long. I offer an initial meeting in the first instance for you to ask any questions you might have and just to see how you feel about us working together. I charge £20 for this and £65 for sessions after. I also offer reduced rates for phone/video calls.
Please do speak to me if money poses a challenge, I can offer concessions occasionally and money should never be a reason to not be able to access therapy.
If we are not a good fit, for whatever reason, I have a referral list of other counsellors I can personally recommend for you.
